Placing an enquiry

Placing an enquiry is straight forward and can be achieved in a few steps.

To place an enquiry you must have an online account, this is done by completing a simple registration form. Once you have completed this you can add any number of products to your 'Enquiry Basket'.

Adding products to your enquiry

From the product detail page, click on the 'Enquire about this product' link situated on the right hand side by the product pricing table. This will take you to a page where you should enter the quantity against the product of your choice. To add these items to your basket, click on 'Add to basket' button. You will then go to your basket.

You can update the quantity of each product or even remove them from within the enquiry basket. You can continue to browse and add further items to you basket.

You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the yellow tab item 'Review your basket'.

Once you are happy with the basket and are ready to proceed with the enquiry click on the 'Go to checkout' link.

Checkout

At the checkout you have the opportunity to change the delivery address, by default the delivery address will be the same as the invoice address (the address entered in the registration form).

Please make sure to correctly set the "UK Mainland or Overseas?" option correctly.

Please note that you can still go back an change your enquiry at this point.

Once you are ready to proceed, click on the 'Continue' button. This will take you to te confirmation page.

Checkout - Confimation

This page summarises your final enquiry details such as your invoice address, delivery address and products. You are still able to edit your enquiry at this point by clicking on the 'Amend the delivery address' or 'Change your enquiry' links. However, if you are happy with the details click the 'Complete' button. By doing this your enquiry will be sent to Heartbeat after which we will contact you to discuss your enquiry. You will be sent an email (to the email address supplied when registering) with the details of your order.

Checkout - Enquiry Complete

This page again summarises your enquiry, however at this point your enquiry has been sent and the enquiry cannot be altered.

Please note that you are not committing to purchasing the products that you have enquired about, however if you do want to proceed and convert the enquiry into a product order, Heartbeat will be able to use the details sent.
