The Heartbeat Group of companies use 40,000 sq ft of manufacturing space in the UK dedicated to metal and wood fabrication and 40,000 sq ft of warehousing and assembly space dedicated to fulfilling our clients specific requirements. We continue to invest in cutting edge machinery and our skilled craftsman have access to the latest I CNC machinery including state-of the-art Robomac 6 axis wire forming machinery, two Whiteleggs and a Pneuform wire forming machine, a state-of-the-art SAF Robotic Arm Tig & Mig welder that ensures automation and competitiveness fit for the global market.

The alternative to manufacturing from our plant in the UK is to source using our agents and many contacts from around the world. This includes use of an office in Shanghai where our agents source from a variety of factories in the Far East that Heartbeat uses for the supply of its vast standard product range. Heartbeat remains loyal to these factories and audits take place on an annual basis in line with our ethical and environmental policies to ensure that working and community considerations are met.

The designated assembly warehouse (5000 sq ft) adjacent to our UK works and dedicated operatives ensures that rollout programmes are streamlined and guaranteeing a services and products of a high standard. Quality assurance in the design and manufacture elements confirm to the standards as set out by ISO 9001: 2000 of which Heartbeat is accredited.
